The following shots are taken with a Canon 5dMkII paired with a Sigma 150 mm F2.8 Macro and Canon MP-E 65 mm F 2.8 Macro to show the difference in resolution and pixel geometry between the Apple iPad and iPhone 4 (Retina Display). Dollar bill detail thrown in for a good measure. For each pair of shots, the distance between the lens and the subject was fixed. Click on the image to see a larger version.
